Educational Resources for Teachers and Parents
The resources below can be used by teachers or parents (either homeschooling parents or parents needing extra materials to aid their children during their school year). The materials are meant to help teachers working with students in middle school and high school (but can be helpful for elementary-aged students as well).

Equations Log
The Equations Log is the needed organizational go-to source for students to use for their high school Mathematics or Science courses (also accessible for middle school students). Students record, define, and provide examples for each equation learned during that year. Students can personalize their logs with their name and class. For parents, it is a tool to help their child stay organized when introduced to new equations, and help them study and prepare for assessments.

IEP Annual Goals Weekly Tracker - Digital Version
The IEP Annual Goals Weekly Tracker is aimed at helping students track which lessons and activities within the week are targeting their students' IEP goals. This document can help teachers with lesson planning as well.

SETSS Progress Monitoring Chart
The SETSS Progress Monitoring Chart is an effective way to help teachers monitor their students' progress during SETSS sessions. You can track whether your student(s) have met, approaching to meet, or not have met their SETSS goals (by the scheduled time).
The information collected from the chart can also be used in providing information to add to their Individualized Education Program (especially in the PLOP section of the document).

Daily Reflections for Teachers
Daily Reflections for Teachers is a great end of day activity for teachers. It's a way to debrief your day (lesson reflections, personal reflections, classroom and student reflections). The last page offers a table you can use if you need to check in with students at the end of the day.

Getting to Know You Activity
"Getting to Know You" activity is focused on helping teachers learn a snapshot of your students' favorite things (such as their favorite song, snack, color, etc.). This activity is great to use at Back to School nights at the beginning of the school year. It can be given to parents and students to fill out together.
